Schedule of Fees
We are pleased to currently offer discounted FLAT FEE pricing for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings:
Chapter 7 filing
- $1795.00 This all-inclusive flat fee includes your $299.00 filing fee, a credit report and both of the required credit counseling courses, and our attorney fee.
Chapter 13 filing
- $3500.00 This all-inclusive flat fee includes your $274.00 filing fee, a credit report and both of the required credit counseling courses, and our attorney fee.
Chapter 11 filing
- Due to the complicated and time intensive nature of Chapter 11 filings, we are unable to quote a flat fee for this service. Each Chapter 11 case is priced based on the specifics of your case.
Foreclosure Defense
- $2500.00 flat fee
Loan Modification
- $2000.00 flat fee
Short Sales
- $2000.00 flat fee (In most instances, we are able to have the Lender pay this fee)
Debt Settlement
- Fees determined on a case by case basis
Additional Bankruptcy services (these fees are for services beyond a standard filing):
- An Emergency filing: $200.00 in addition to our flat fee
- Suggestion of Bankruptcy: $100.00
- Motion to Avoid Lien (to eliminate 2nd mortgages under Chapter 13): $400.00
- Motion to Reopen a Bankruptcy Case or to Set Aside a Dismissal: $250.00
- Failure to Appear at a Court or 341 hearing without prior notice: $150.00
- Reaffirmation Agreements: the first one is free; $100.00 for each additional agreement
- Reaffirmation Agreements where schedules must be amended: $200.00
- Adding creditors post-filing: $100.00 per revision (regardless of the number of creditors added)
- Updating a petition more than 2 months old due to client?s delay in providing required information: $250.00
- Adversary proceedings: hourly rate based on $200.00 per hour
